About Curiosity Loop
Curiosity Loop is an independent publication about the things people actually buy and actually live with: kitchen equipment, desk gear, everyday carry, travel kit, and the small objects that quietly make a day better or worse.
What we do
We pick a category, work out which products are genuinely worth comparing, and write up the differences that matter in normal use rather than on a spec sheet. Every guide answers a specific question a real buyer has, and it names the trade-offs instead of pretending everything is excellent.
We are not trying to cover everything. We would rather publish a small number of guides that are actually useful than a large number that are not.
How we choose what to cover
Topics come from genuine recurring questions: what people ask us, what shows up repeatedly in search, and what we ourselves had to figure out the hard way. We favour categories where the differences between products are real and measurable, and avoid categories where the honest answer is "they are all basically the same."
Editorial independence
Rankings and recommendations are not for sale. No brand pays to appear in a guide, and no brand reviews or approves an article before it is published. Where a product is included because it is genuinely good, we say so. Where it is included because it is the least bad option, we say that too.
How we make money
Curiosity Loop is funded by affiliate commissions. When you buy something through a link on this site, we may earn a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you. This does not change what we recommend. Our full terms are on the Affiliate Disclosure page.
